Meet The Pink Event® Volunteers & Staff

We appreciate everyone who turned out for The Pink Event® 2013 in Columbia, Md., earlier this month. Our successful expo featured fantastic women-owned businesses that showed off tailored services and products to fashionable ladies of the Baltimore-Washington region.

Such an event doesn’t happen on its own, and we’d like to highlight the wonderful volunteers and staff of Diamond Event Services, LLC who executed this women-focused event.

Pink Event volunteers Victoria Robinson Hines and Tamika Brown handed out swag bags, helped with registration, and did whatever we asked with a smile. These ambitious young ladies highlight what's ahead for the next generation.

Volunteer Estefania Holler headed up registration at The Pink Event. She and her adorably pink baby bump made sure things were flowing and everyone was happy. We couldn't have operated as smoothly without these selfless ladies!




Our staffer Falcon Morris is an aspiring event planning professional who filled in with whatever request came his way. We appreciated his enthusiasm and energy!

Marguerite Higgins is the main marketer and publicist of The Pink Event. She made sure the speakers' lounge ran smoothly and that we got plenty of pictures and videos from this stellar event. Thanks for the hard work and we're already thinking up ideas for The Pink Event 2014!

And there is the brainchild of The Pink Event, Tamika Josephs-Smith. She is the founder of Diamond Event Services and the driving force behind this expo. Tamika continues to build on the success of this event with a genuine desire to raise awareness of domestic violence and breast cancer awareness.
