Breaking Pink Event News: Desiree Jordan to Perform at Ultimate Women's Day Out!

Local soul singer Desiree Jordan will perform
two sets at The Pink Event 2015. 
The Pink Event® 2015 is excited to announce that Desiree Jordan will have two live performances during our jam-packed women's expo on March 8, 2015 (12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the BWI Airport Marriott).

A local soul singer who delighted attendees at the summer Afternoon ChariTEA and Trunk Show, Desiree has an uplifting and positive presence that's amplified in her songs. 

She is a native of the Washington, DC metropolitan area who has developed her musical prowess as a member of the Washington Performing Arts Society's gospel choir.

Check out this Awesome Resource for Breast Cancer Patients!

We saw this on Facebook the other day and had to give it a quick shout out! 

It's totally legitimate and totally awesome. Cleaning for a Reason is a Texas-based nonprofit that was started by the Debbie Sardone, owner of Buckets & Bows Maid Service.

Sardone got a call several years ago from a prospective client who couldn't afford house cleaning services because she was undergoing cancer treatment. 

The woman hung up before Sardone could act and she vowed no other women dealing with cancer treatments would be denied a clean home. It's one more great resource for women doing their best in the midst of breast cancer and other cancers.
