The Pink Event® 2014 Speaker Spotlight: Precious Frazier Teaches the Best Way to Cleanse for Optimal Health

Precious Frazier admits that it was only a few short years ago that she was struggling with her weight, digestive issues, and low energy throughout the day.

But the certified holistic health coach transformed her life by learning what it truly means to be healthy—and she’ll offer her secrets about true cleansing for health at The Pink Event® 2014 (March 9, 2014 at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Columbia, Md. from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.).

“This won’t be a list of the fad detoxes,” Precious promises. Instead, Precious plans to talk about:

“In order to live an abundant life, it is necessary for us to learn about our bodies’ natural needs for nourishment, and begin making health nutrition and lifestyle choices,” she adds.

Inspired by her own process of body discovery and healthy eating habits, Precious attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to deepen her knowledge of health and further ignite a passion of helping others in their quest for healthy living.

With a background in sociology, Precious serves as a sociologist and holistic health coach for clients with food-related illnesses and others who want to improve their eating habits.
