Want to Be a Part of Something Magical?! Volunteer to Help at The Pink Event 2014®

Want to make The Pink Event® 2014 (March 9, 2014 at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Columbia, Md. from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) sizzle?! Sign up to be a volunteer!

We are currently taking pre-registration for volunteers who will help The Pink Event team make our women's expo the most ultimate girls' day out. You can sign up for any three-hour increment between 9:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.

While there are a ton of perks for being a volunteer (which we'll detail for you), we do have some important requirements. Here are the "musts":
  • Pre-register here to reserve your time slot. 
  • Be at least 18 years old and have your own reliable transportation.
  • Carry out your three consecutive hours during the event day for the time slot you select.
  • Arrive 10 minutes before your shift.
  • Attend at least one of two mandatory volunteer meetings to get directions on your duties for the day of the event.

That's it! Pretty simple. Now, the benefits:
  • All of your volunteer work will be verified by our organizer so that you can knock out any community service hours you need!
  • You can sign up for just one shift or multiple ones. It's up to you.
  • Volunteering a few hours guarantees you free admission to the entire event as well as one of our signature swag bags (which are in limited supply). 

Our Mandatory Volunteer Meetings (you must attend one of them) will be offered twice at Diamond Event Services, LLC, (8160 Maple Lawn Boulevard, Suite 200, Fulton, MD 20759):
  • Thursday, February 27, 2014 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, March 1, 2014 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
